These Kripalu style classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and vitality. They typically begin with relaxing breath work and end with either a relaxation or meditation. Classes are in Eastern Standard time.

Evening Yoga Flow: Cultivate resilience from stress in these soothing and relaxing, mid-week yoga classes.
Yoga for Strength: These classes are focused on increasing strength and stamina, and include the optional use of light hand weights for part of the class.
Morning Yoga Flow: These Saturday morning classes are a great way to start your day and your weekend --designed to energize you and increase vitality.
Mats and other equipment are provided in the studio or you are welcome to bring your own.
