Hello friends,

As more people are turning toward plant medicine to support their health, I am happy to announce that I'm offering a limited number of Herbal Apprenticeships this year. This is a 6-month journey into the healing power of plants, learning directly from an experienced herbalist in a supportive, community-based setting. We will meet in person once a month for in-depth, hands-on sessions where we will explore plant identification, medicinal uses, preparation methods, and ethical harvesting practices. Each month, we'll focus on a different aspect of herbalism, building a solid foundation in both traditional and contemporary herbal practices.

By the end of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge to confidently craft herbal remedies, create personalized healing blends, and integrate plant medicine into daily life. A certificate of completion will be awarded upon successfully finishing the course.
Class Dates: April 6, May 4, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 7, 2025 from 1:00 - 4:00PM ET

Location: A private residence in Dayville, Connecticut (address given after registration)

Group Yoga Classes

(In Studio and Online)

Take a group yoga class in our Putnam, CT studio or in the comfort of your own home, over Zoom!

These Kripalu style classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and vitality. They typically begin with relaxing breath work and end with either a relaxation or meditation. Classes are in Eastern Standard time.

Group Class Schedule:

Wednesdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM - Candlelight Yoga

Fridays 10:00AM - 11:00AM - Yoga for Strength

Saturdays 10:00AM - 11:00AM - Morning Yoga Flow

Class Descriptions:

Candlelight Yoga: Cultivate resilience from stress in these soothing and relaxing evening yoga classes by candlelight.

Yoga for Strength: These classes are focused on increasing strength and stamina, and include the optional use of light hand weights.

Morning Yoga Flow: These Saturday morning classes are a great way to start your day and your weekend --designed to energize and increase vitality.

Mats and other equipment are provided in the studio or you are welcome to bring your own.

Private Yoga Classes

These 1-1 classes are designed just for you and take place in our Putnam, CT studio or over Zoom. No need to follow a group schedule --you choose the days and times that work for you!

Classes are 60 minutes long and typically include mindful movement, breathing exercises, centering and relaxation. Each session is designed according to your unique needs, goals and experience level. Excellent for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice with the guidance of an experienced teacher.
