These Kripalu style classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and vitality. They typically begin with relaxing breath work and end with either a relaxation or guided meditation.

Wednesdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM ET (All Levels Yoga)
Fridays 10:00AM - 11:00AM ET (Yoga for
Strength)
Saturdays 10:00AM -
11:00AM ET (Gentle Yoga)
Starting October 27th: Sundays 9:00-9:45AM ET (Chair Yoga with Meditation)
*Friday classes are more focused on strengthening and include the optional use of light hand weights.
