I'm looking forward to tonightâs special
Candlelight Yoga class, which will be infused with the energy and symbolism of the upcoming Winter Solstice. This is a time to honor the longest night of the year, embrace stillness, and set intentions for the season ahead. The class will conclude with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session, a guided meditation practice that promotes deep relaxation and healing. Â

If youâd like, feel free to bring a favorite pillow, cushion, blanket, or eye pillow for your comfort during Yoga Nidra. (We also have plenty of blankets and cushions available at the studio.) For our online participants, we recommend having these items ready to enhance your relaxation experience. Â

Class begins at 6:30 PM ET, and I canât wait to share this peaceful, grounding experience with you all. Passes for this and other group classes can be purchased on my website.
