I want to thank those of you who completed the poll to find a day/time for our new Chair Yoga with Meditation class. It turns out that Sundays 9:00-9:45AM ET work best for most, and we will be starting classes on October 20th, so stay tuned for more on that!
Our Intermediate Backyard Herbalism class was lots of fun, and we made the most delicious elderberry-rose hip syrup! Packed with anti-viral properties and vitamin C, this tasty, easy-to-make remedy is my go-to for cold and flu season. Want to learn how to make it? Join me for my next herbal series, Making Herbal Preparations for All Seasons! This is the third year that I am offering this series, though until now it has always been online only. This year, I am making it a hybrid class, so you can join me in-person or online. :)
Scroll down for more details!
I am also excited to be offering a
keynote at Ninefold Festival taking place this weekend, September 14th and 15th! Tickets are still available for this amazing, online festival featuring some fabulous
workshops and entertainers. I'm also looking forward to presenting a workshop again at this year's Sturbridge Herbfest on September 28th. If you are in the area, you should check out this fantastic offering of herbal workshops,
vendors and more. I hope to see you soon at one of these events or perhaps on the yoga mat --or chair, as the case may be! As always, feel free to reach out with questions or just to say hello.
Be well,
Diana
