Dear friends, I hope this message finds you well and enjoying the last rays of summer! Or maybe
you're already settling into a Fall routine? As for me, I am happy to be back in the studio after helping to facilitate two amazing retreats! The first was Mythic Seeker Tours "Entering the Sacred Landscape" pilgrimage to Glastonbury, UK and surrounding sites. What an amazing experience to have helped coordinate this amazing journey, visiting ancient sites like Stonehenge. How special it was to catch the sun rising through the stones! The second was our own Dhyāna Yoga 2023 Herbalist Retreat! Though we were not able to have this retreat at
Sage Mountain Botanical Sanctuary as originally planned, a fabulous farmhouse in Connecticut made an excellent backup location! We enjoyed morning yoga outside, a lovely herb walk with plant identification, and everyone got to take home some of the fresh elderberry-rose hip syrup, calendula-rose oil, dream pillows and herbal tea blends we made together! Interested in learning more about retreats? Our 2024 retreat calendar is in the works, so feel free to reply back and let me know what kinds of retreat activities interest you the most (i.e. yoga, meditation, Herbalism, hiking, nature, arts & crafts, drum circles, etc). I'm happy to report that Saturday 10AM ET Gentle Yoga classes are starting up again this week on September 9th, followed by our weekly group meditations from 11:15 -
11:45! You are always welcome to attend either or both of these weekly events. Registration is open for a new Sunday morning yoga series starting on October 8th! Yoga for a Healthy Back and
