Dear friends, I am back from an amazing yoga teaching adventure in Montego Bay, Jamaica! This was my
second teaching vacation with Fitnessprotravel.com, a company which connects yoga and fitness professionals with resorts all over the world. These teaching vacations
enable me to take my daughter to places I would not normally be able to on a yoga teacher's salary and I get to "teach on the beach" to people from all over the world. I taught a 7:15AM sunrise yoga class on the beach and 9:15AM yoga in the ocean gazebo daily, and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location. My daughter and I both had an amazing time, but I'm happy to be back in the studio and seeing my regular clients again, whom I have missed! Group yoga classes are back on this week and you can join me in the studio or online tonight at 6:30PM ET, Friday at 10AM ET or Saturday at 10AM ET. The Schedule Arrive on Friday, August 25th at 5PM and leave on Sunday, August 27th at 2PM. We will start the retreat with dinner on Friday and end with lunch on Sunday. The local and organic vegetarian meals will be catered by Sage Mountain. Activities - Gentle yoga and meditation each morning

studio and online! All experience levels are welcome. Come to learn about meditation or just to meditate with others in community.
These sessions are immediately following our Saturday 10AM
group yoga class. Those who attend the 10AM class are welcome to stay for the group meditation afterward. This is a free event, though donations are welcome. |

These Kripalu style classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and vitality. They typically begin with relaxing breath work and end with either a relaxation or guided meditation.
