As I look back on 2022, I am flooded with gratitude for the clients, friends and students who have graced my life this past year. It's been an honor working with you, helping you achieve good health and wellbeing, and I look forward to supporting your continued success in the new year! Thank you so much for supporting my small business and for your friendship, which means so much to me.

If we have not yet worked together, then I hope 2023 is the year when we connect! I am here to help support your health and wellness whenever you are ready, whether you prefer to work 1:1 or in a group setting. Always feel free to reach out if I can be of assistance. 

I've got some exciting new offerings planned for the new year, which will be announced in the coming weeks. Classes and Events

NEW for 2023!

Unlimited Group Yoga Online

for $108 per month
 
Take as many group classes online as you want each month for an amazing, low subscription price. With 12 classes available per month, that works out to as little as $9 per class! You can choose what day of the month you'll be billed and you may cancel your subscription at any time. 

Beginners and all levels of experience are welcome! Classes are ongoing --join any class at any time. Each class is 60 minutes long, including some breath work and either a relaxation or meditation at the end.

  GROUP YOGA CLASSES

(Online and in-studio)

Winter Schedule:

Wednesdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM ET 

(All Levels - by candlelight)

Fridays 10:00AM - 11:00AM ET (with weights)*

Saturdays 10:00AM - 11:00AM ET (Gentle)

Take a group yoga class in our Putnam, CT studio or in the comfort of your own home!

These gentle, Kripalu style classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and vitality. They typically begin with relaxing breath work and end with either a relaxation or guided meditation.

Appropriate for all levels of experience and beginners are welcome! These 60-minute classes are ongoing and you can join in at any time. Sanitized mats and props are provided for in-studio classes or you may bring your own.

$15 per class or save with a 4-pack of classes for $55. 

Pre-registration is required.

*Friday classes are more focused on strengthening/toning and include the optional use of light hand weights. 

   PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES 

In Studio and Online

 These 1-1 classes are designed just for you and take place in our Putnam, CT studio or over Zoom. No need to follow a group schedule --you choose the days and times that work for you!

Classes are 60 minutes long and typically include breath work, meditation and relaxation. Each session is designed according to your unique needs, goals and experience level. Excellent for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their Yoga practice with the guidance of an experienced teacher. 

In studio: $30 per private class or save $10 with a 4-pack of classes for $110.

Online: $25 per class or save $10 with a 4-pack of classes for $90. 

Individuals, couples and small groups are welcome! Senior and youth classes are also available.

Sanitized mats and props are provided or you may bring your own.
