Take a group yoga class in our Putnam, CT studio or in the comfort of your own home, over Zoom!
These gentle, Kripalu style classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and vitality. They typically begin with relaxing breath work and end with either a relaxation or guided meditation.
Appropriate for all levels of experience and beginners are welcome! These 60-minute classes are ongoing and you can join in at any time. Sanitized mats and props are provided for in-studio classes or you may bring your own.
$15 per class or save with a 4-pack of classes for $55.
Pre-registration is required.
*Friday classes are more focused on strengthening/toning and include the optional use of light hand weights.
