 Join us for the third offering in our Embodied Wellness series: a nourishing afternoon retreat where we come home to our bodies, reclaim our presence, and remember the quiet power of simply saying, I’m here.

Through two complementary workshop experiences, we’ll explore how to root more deeply into ourselves and rise more boldly into the world.

This retreat is for you if you’re longing to feel more at home in your body, more rooted in your truth, and more empowered in your daily life. Whether you’re navigating burnout, unlearning body shame, or simply seeking a soul-deep exhale. Come as you are and leave aligned.

 Everyone who joins will receive a beautifully designed companion workbook to support their journey—full of reflective prompts and practices you can return to long after the retreat.

Group Yoga Classes

(In Studio and Online)

Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays

 Take a group yoga class in our Putnam, CT studio or in the comfort of your own home, over Zoom!

These Kripalu style classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and vitality. They typically begin with relaxing breath work and end with either a relaxation or  meditation. Classes are in Eastern Standard time.

Group Class Schedule:

Wednesdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM  - Candlelight Yoga

(No classes on 12/24/25 and 12/31/25)

Fridays 9:00AM - 10:00AM  - Yoga for Strength*

Saturdays 9:00AM - 10:00AM  - Morning Yoga Flow

Class Descriptions:

Candlelight Yoga: Cultivate resilience from stress in these soothing and relaxing, mid-week yoga classes by candlelight.

Yoga for Strength: These classes are focused on increasing strength and stamina, and include the optional use of light hand weights for part of the class.

Morning Yoga Flow:  These Saturday morning classes are a great way to start your day and your weekend --designed to energize you and increase vitality.

Mats and other equipment are provided in the studio or you are welcome to bring your own.

   Private Yoga Classes

 These 1-1 classes are designed just for you and take place in our Putnam, CT studio or over Zoom. No need to follow a group schedule --you choose the days and times that work for you! 

• Classes are 60 minutes long and typically include mindful movement, breathing exercises and somatic movements.
• Each session is designed just for you, according to your abilities, goals and experience level. 
• Chair yoga and props provide options for greater comfort and ease.
• Excellent for beginners, those looking to regain mobility/flexibility, or anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice with the personalized guidance of an experienced teacher.
